Here at Wm. MarKen Jewelers, we strive to provide you excellent service while still close to home. We are able to provide these in-store services all thanks to our registered jeweler who is recognized by the American Gem Society to handle repairs for various pieces of jewelry.

A few of our in-store services include watch batteries, watch bands, watch link removal/addition, jewelry cleaning & polishing, some engraving, ring sizing, chain repairs, stone setting, soldering, special ordering of lost stones, along with much more.

Another service that we are pleased to offer is appraisals. Many people have valuable and priceless items appraised mainly for insurance purposes in the event of damage or theft. Most appraisals are complete after 7-10 business days depending on the number of items and intricacy. When complete we hand over 2 copies of the appraisal. One copy for your personal records and one copy for your insurance. If by chance both copies are lost, we keep a printed copy for our records. The typed appraisals give a complete description of the item as well as a color picture for verification.

Due to the large number of appraisals that we do, we are recommended by State Farm Insurance for the repair and construction of lost or damaged jewelry. Whether stones are missing or the entire piece has been stolen we work closely with your State Farm representative to get your jewelry back to you as soon as possible.
